Through my career, my extensive community involvement, and the experience of having lived in various areas of the county, I understand the unique and diverse lifestyle of Summit County.  My desire is to bring this experience to the Council.  With the opportunity of serving Doug Clyde’s unfinished term for the past year, I now have a better understanding as to the interworking of county government and the issues we face.  I hope to take this experience into another term to help resolve some of these issues.  Also, I believe there needs to be representation from all areas of the county.   Currently I am the only Councilor that lives on the east side of the county.
